Imaging & Remote Support
By procuring all new hardware from Cayfour at the start of our engagement, we can conduct ongoing Lifecycle and Warranty management. We image your computers, meaning we load them with the applications you need in your office and fully test them (with services) before delivering them to you. This step usually uncovers any hidden problems that would normally pop up when you begin using them. The hardware is purchased under warranty, which means if it breaks, you make one call to us and we can remotely access the computer to triage or fix the problem in a matter of minutes. If we determine that the computer has a significant problem, we have the vendor drop-ship a new computer to your office with your image already loaded.
In conjunction with this service, we provide either quarterly or monthly tune-ups that consist of a security scan, an evaluation of each computer to ensure that all upgrades have been loaded, reoccurring training for the staff and evaluation of your storage configuration - either on premises or cloud.
Budgeting with No Surprises
Though there is an up-front investment for the new hardware, it can be spread throughout the year as a part of your monthly budget or coinciding with our quarterly tune-ups. Lifecycle and Warranty Management enables you to plan your budget ahead of time and avoid “surprise” IT expenses during the year.
